With our exciting move to our new home at the142,000 sq ft Cobourg Community Centre, the Cobourg Cougars are expanding our game day staff.  If you love Hockey, you love Norhtumberland County and you want to become part of a great franchise ... contact us about any of the positions below.  We would love to hear from you! 

Visiting Team Host(s) 

Number of people required: 1 or more

Responsibilities:

Welcome visiting team and staff

Assist to needs of visiting teams

Advise visiting team of any special pre-game presentations that may be taking place

Provide them with Water, tables, game day program/ line ups

Check on them during intermission

Advise them of game day meal deals available through our sponsors

Advise them of Photographers website for game photos

Security Manager (New Position)

Number of people required: 1

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and manages all game day security staff.  Ensures all entrances are covered with security personnel, schedules security staff for games, handles any security issues such as fighting in the stands, etc. 

Team Mascot

Number of people required: 2 or preferable more  3 POSITIONS FILLED

Responsibilities:

Attends community events

Interacts with fans and kids

Attends kids Cougar Birthday Parties

Welcomes fans at box office 15 minutes prior to game start

Mingles with the fans during the game and during intermissions

Skates on the ice during second intermission

Sound Technician for Game Night  NEW POSITION - 1 Person required
